Ms Fong is the President of the Institute and the Entrepreneurial Group Leader of the Assurance Division of PwC Hong Kong. She has extensive experience in providing accounting, audit and consulting services for public and private companies. She has proven experience in leading initial public offerings in Hong Kong and the United States.
Ms Fong is a practising member of the Institute. She has been actively involved in the development of the accounting profession through her leadership and participation in a wide range of the Institute’s committee, including as the Chairman of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Committee and the Professional Development Committee. |
Mr Wong oversees the overall strategies, development, and operation of the Institute's Qualification Programme, aiming for upholding the Qualification Programme as a premier, internationally recognized professional accountancy qualification. He also formulates and implements the Professional Development Strategy for the continuing professional development of the Institute’s members.

Mr Poon was appointed to be a member of Financial Reporting Council Review Panel by the Hong Kong Government and was a Council member of the Institute. Mr Poon has served in various committees of the Institute including as Chairman of the Young Members Leadership Panel and Deputy Chairman of the Small and Medium Practitioners and the Professional Development Committees. He is currently a member of the Institute’s Qualification and Examinations Board.

Mr Leung is a Partner with the capital markets advisory group of KPMG. He has extensive experience in providing assurance and advisory services to companies seeking initial public offerings. He is also the lead audit engagement partner for listed companies in a variety of sectors including transportation, real estate and consumer markets. Mr Leung currently serves as a Vice President of the Institute, the Chairman of the Institute’s Professional Conduct Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Professional Development Committee and a member of the Registration and Practising Committee, as well as members of advisory boards and committees in numerous tertiary institutions. |
Mr She joined Mazars Hong Kong in 2002. His audit experience spans over Hong Kong listed companies (of both Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market) and companies listed in New York Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ Global Market of the US. Besides audit and assurance, he has also been engaged in special assignments including investigation, expert determination and initial public offering. Mr She is currently the Chairman of the Institute’s Qualification and Examinations Board. |

Mr Ma has over 20 years of experience in senior management, audit, compliance and finance in the technology and consumer sectors. He joined S. Culture Holdings (BVI) Limited in 2011 and successfully led the company to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in July 2013.

Mr Chan possesses extensive multi-industry experience in corporate strategy and planning, sales operation management, business development, corporate finance and change management. Mr Chan is a fellow member of both the Institute and the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Chartered Financial Analyst of the CFA Institute. He is also the Chairman of the Institute’s Professional Accountants in Business Committee, a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association and a Financial Risk Manager of the Global Association of Risk Professionals. |
Mr Leung is a Senior Accounting Manager - APAC in Under Armour, a US upscale leisurewear company. He has over 10 years of regional experience in fashion and sportswear industry. He is responsible for managing the company’s financial functions including financial reporting, accounting operations, audit, treasury and project management.

Mr Ho holds various positions across Asia, including a Founder of AOGB Professional Services Group Limited, a co-founder of Rein Alliance, as well as an angel investor and a board member of an Indonesia technology company. Mr Ho is a practising member of the Institute. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor, a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and an Associate of Cost and Management Accountant. |
Mr Cheung is a Partner of PwC Hong Kong. He has over 15 years of experience in the assurance and environmental, social and governance (ESG) services practices. Mr Cheung has delivered more than 50 professional training and advice on sustainability to companies from various sectors. He has extensive experience in ESG strategy, target-setting, risk assessment, data assurance and green finance. In particular, he advised multiple listed companies to develop and improve their ESG performance/rating. |
Mr Yau had been with RSM United States since 2004 and joined RSM Hong Kong in 2016, and is currently the Asia Pacific Regional Leader of RSM International to lead and support RSM member firms. Mr Yau also leads the Technology and Management Consulting division in Hong Kong to provide IT assurance, security and privacy and digital transformation services for regional and global clients. He has 18 years of auditing and consulting experience. Mr Yau is a member of the Institute, a fellow member of both the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Chartered Global Management Accountant, a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants and a Certified Information Technology Professional. |

Mr Lee joined CNCB (Hong Kong) Investment in 2020 and was appointed as a member of the Investment Committee. Mr Lee has been responsible for ensuring the company’s adherence to its core investment philosophy and contributing his experience to review and recommend for equity investment-related decision. Mr Lee is a member of the Institute’s Professional Development Committee and Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty. Mr Lee is a member of the Institute and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Exeter Business School and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. |
Ms Tse is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of YONXI International Finance Holdings Limited. Ms Tse is also appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and the Chairperson of the Audit Committee. She has over 13 years of experience in finance and accounting. Ms Tse is a member of the Institute and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. Ms Tse holds a bachelor of business administration degree in accountancy and a master of corporate governance degree. She is currently an authorised supervisor of the Institute. |
Mr Wong is the Audit Director of EY. He specializes in the implementation of new digital audit initiative and supports audit teams in transforming traditional audit approach to a data-driven audit. He also contributes his ideas for how to perform work tasks more efficiently with the assistance of computerized programs and procedures. He is one of the champions of digital audit in his company. Mr Wong is a member of the Institute. He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Institute’s Young Member Committee. |
